A Company in Bend, OR is hiring a Help Desk Support Technician to join the team for a great long term opportunity! This role has the opportunity to work hybrid remote after training!

Job Description:

+ Client is an enterprise level environment. Work closely with existing staff, learning new technologies and supporting this world class leader.

+ Troubleshoot password resets and login issues.

+ Troubleshoot hardware issues such as keyboards, mouse, screens, etc.

Qualifications:

+ 1 year of hardware support or helpdesk experience

+ Open to IT certifications and degrees with minimal experience

+ Experience supporting PC peripherals (keyboards, printers, mouse, etc.) is a plus

+ Experience with Microsoft Office 2007(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), XP and Windows 7 is a plus

+ Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.

For 12 months, this individual will be contracted with Les Schwab's payroll company, called Kaia. They will receive their benefits and pay from Kaia.
