• Employee Communications Manager

    Cella Inc (Philadelphia, PA)


     

    Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive communication plans that align with company goals and enhance employee engagement.

     

    Content Creation: Produce a wide range of engaging content, including digital announcements, presentations, and internal campaigns.

     

    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization, providing expert communications counsel on complex projects and initiatives.

     

    Program Management: Manage and oversee various communications programs, from initial concept through to successful implementation and analysis.

     

    Brand Advocacy: Ensure all communications are consistent with our brand voice and values, helping to build a positive and informed company culture.

    Qualifications:

    A minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership or manager-level communications role, preferably within a corporate or large-scale environment.

     

    Proven ability to design and implement effective communication strategies that drive measurable results.

     

    Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

     

    Demonstrated experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

     

    An undergraduate degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications.
