    Type: Full-Time: 40hrs/week

     

    Salary: $61,297.60-$67,288.00/yr DOE

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Dive into health-related data from electronic health records, pharmacy systems, and more.

    + Build dashboards and visualizations that tell compelling stories to providers, administrators, and leadership.

    + Analyze trends in patient outcomes, employee turnover, and healthcare operations.

    + Collaborate across departments to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.

    + Use tools like Power BI, Esri, SQL, and Excel to transform raw data into strategic decisions.

    + Support grant reporting and quality improvement initiatives.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + A curious mind with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

    + Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

    Requirements:

    + Associate’s degree or in lieu of degree, four (4) years’ experience in field or combination of college and experience

    + Valid driver’s license.

    + 1+ years of experience as a data analyst OR Two (2) years’ experience with databases and data analytics software such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Esri ArcGIS, or similar.
