    We are looking for a sharp professional that possesses these top 3 qualifications:

    + Hands-on laboratory experience with instrumentation

    + Stability testing experience

    + A.S. or B.S. degree in a science-related field

    **Pay:** $24-$28/hr

    **Schedule:** 1 st shift: M-F 8a-5p (OT as needed)

    **Type of Job:** Direct Hire/Permanent

    **Location** : Boerne, TX

    **QC Stability Lab Technician Daily Tasks** : What you will do:

    + Conduct QC testing on products using instruments such as pH meters, spectrophotometers, centrifuges, incubators, and automated analyzers to evaluate chemical, performance, and dimensional properties.

    + Compile and interpret testing data to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify deviations.

    + Maintain accurate documentation per SOPs, testing instructions, and cGMP requirements.

    + Review QC, packaging, and manufacturing records for accuracy and completeness.

    + Perform equipment calibration, stability testing, and validation support.

    + Inspect and release raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods.

    + Monitor and manage retain samples and control ranges; log QC batch and maintenance records.

    + Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal quality system requirements; escalate quality issues promptly.

    QC Stability Lab Technician Qualifications/Requirements:

    + Associate or bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.

    + 1+ year of lab experience (biology, chemistry, or medical).

    + Pipetting skills; basic understanding of scientific method and concepts.

    + **Preferred:** 2+ years of lab experience, cGMP/regulatory experience, chemistry analyzer knowledge, or MLT/MT certification.
