    Shifts:

    Weekday Day Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

     

    Weekday Afternoon Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM

     

    Weekend Day Shift: Saturday - Monday, 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM

     

    Pay: $18/hour + $1/hour shift differential

    What You-ll Do

    As a Forklift Operator, you-ll be essential to our operations by:

    - Following all safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan to Zero (PTZ) safety goal

     

    - Safely operating forklifts according to company safety behaviors, processes, and procedures (training and certification provided)

     

    - Moving, loading, and unloading materials accurately and efficiently

     

    - Supporting production by meeting daily targets and assisting site leadership with operational tasks

     

    - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment by practicing -Clean as You Go-

     

    - Performing physical tasks including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 70 lbs as needed

     

    What We-re Looking For

     

    - Previous forklift experience preferred but not required - we provide training and certification!

     

    - Familiarity with pallet jack operation is essential

     

    - Experience in a fast-paced, production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred

     

    - Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

     

    - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred

     

    - Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
