DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will be responsible for processing applications and conducting investigations related to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. Your efforts will ensure that the operations of applicant firms are managed efficiently and effectively, allowing only legitimate Airport Concessionaire DBEs and DBEs to participate in the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program (PA UCP).
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
+ Full-time employment
+ Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
+ Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
+ Successful completion of the Human Resource Management Trainee program (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration) ;or
+ One year as an Equal Opportunity Assistant or Human Resource Assistant 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration) ;or
+ One year of paraprofessional analytical experience in an equal opportunity or human resource program ; or
+ An equivalent combination of experience and training .
