Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
+ Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
+ Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience working across cross-functional teams, demonstrating a strong ability to influence peers/leadership through communications and business strategies.
+ Experience in uncovering the needs of stakeholders/customers/users and developing solutions for multiple audiences.
+ Experience in business using digital advertising to drive business objectives.
+ Experience generating problem statements, identifying solutions and making recommendations.
+ Ability to set goals for product adoption, influence others, deliver against goals and milestones, and take initiative, address tests, make continuous process improvements, and drive matters to completion.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills, including quantitative fluency, and written and verbal communication skills.
The Global Product Solutions (GPS) team is the link between Google products and business. We work with Product Managers and our Sales teams globally to contribute to the development of new ad products that create advertiser and user value. Our focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products.
Our team focuses on growing Search business through equipping sales teams and advertisers with best possible frameworks, products and recommendations to meet their business goals. The product portfolio includes features like Smart Bidding and AI Max.
In this role, you’ll be focused on leveraging your expertise and experience to motivate sellers and customers to take their targeting setup to the next level by using AI Max for Search campaigns and features, while making it easier to find and understand best practices to maximize customer value. You will be leading cross-functional projects across all product areas, partnering with Product Managers and Global Leads, to ensure Search Targeting strategies and features are consistently used and built following our best practice framework. You will be in charge of equipping sales teams with the most compelling collateral and creating a feedback loop to update the Product team about sales and advertisers’ needs.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:
+ Work across product, sales, support and marketing teams to drive alignment on priorities and lead execution of go-to-market strategy for Search Targeting.
+ Synthesize feedback from regional teams, sales teams and advertisers and incorporate that feedback into product development efforts.
+ Enable the Search sales teams including the agency team through the necessary information, education and business materials to win pitches and open new budgets from advertisers.
+ Travel globally to support and activate sales teams, through roadshows, internal and external meetings.
