    We’re on the hunt for adynamic, customer-focused Assistant Area Managerto lead our high-energy service team inCharlotte, NC. If you’re passionate about people, operations, and making a real impact, this is your chance to shine. This is a full-time position working Thursday - Monday with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off!

    What You’ll Do

    As Assistant Area Manager, you’ll be a key player in delivering top-tier service and operational excellence. Your role will include:

     

    + Building strong relationships with customers and guests.

    + Training and mentoring team members in customer service and site operations.

    + Enforcing company policies and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

    + Supporting staff management, performance reviews, and HR coordination.

    + Overseeing equipment integrity and managing property damage claims.

    + Conducting audits and mystery shops to ensure service quality.

    + Forecasting staffing needs and managing schedules.

    + Reviewing reports and identifying areas for improvement.

    + Acting as the on-site liaison between clients, customers, and leadership.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum of 2 years in a fast paced an dynamic environment, parking management preferred.

    + Experience managing a large workforce with a variety of roles and responsibilities.

    + Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.

    + Excellent customer service skills with client focus, and an ability to work with all staff levels.

    + Excellent interpersonal and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

    + Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

    + Prior budgeting experience preferred.

    + Must be detailed oriented and able to make sound decisions within assigned deadlines.

    + Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme weather conditions.

    + Must possess a valid drivers license at all times.

    + Must have at least 3 years driving history with a good driving record.

    + Must be able to drive a manual transmission.

    + Ability to stand for long periods of time as well as jog/run on a consistent basis.
