Job Summary:

The Utility/Dishwasher is responsible for general kitchen sanitation, washing of pots, and dishes.

Essential Resposibilies:

+ Wash dishes, glasses, and silver ware.

+ Wash pots and pans.

+ Maintain areas in a clean-as-you-go condition.

+ Remove and bus cafeteria dish racks.

+ Keep dish and pot areas orderly and clean.
