    Description and Requirements

     

    Join our team as a Service Readiness Analyst and play a key role in ensuring Lenovo products are ready to deliver exceptional customer service from day one. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early career professionals to gain hands-on experience in product development, global service operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with Offering Development Teams (ODTs) to define service requirements that ensure products are high-quality, easy to diagnose, and cost-effective to maintain.

    + Support global readiness efforts prior to product launch, including:

    + Coordinating worldwide spare parts availability

    + Assisting with training programs for service technicians

    + Ensuring service offerings are ready for quoting

    + Publishing support materials (documentation, codes, tips) for customers and service partners

    + Helping implement support plans that enhance customer satisfaction

    + Contribute to product design improvements aimed at reducing warranty costs over time.

    + Provide input on service strategies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

    + Master’s degree is a plus but not required

    + Internship or project experience in customer support, product development, or technology services

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

    + Flexibility to work occasional non-traditional hours to support global teams (e.g., in Beijing, Taiwan, and the U.S.)

    + Ability to work onsite in Morrisville, NC at least 3 days per week

    + Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer. We are unable to sponsor work visas for this position.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Exposure to server systems or hardware servicing

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges

    + Ability to evaluate service processes and suggest improvements

    + Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues
