    Interventional Technologist - Full-Time

    Schedule: 6:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., four days per week

     

    On-Call Required: Must be within 30 minutes of the facility

    Your title and responsibilities will reflect your education, experience, and aspirations, ensuring a role that evolves with you and supports your long-term goals.

    What You'll Do:

    + Deliver precision care by administering contrast media under proceduralist direction, following strict protocols

    + Master advanced imaging techniques and ensure optimal patient positioning for a wide range of interventional procedures

    + Champion patient safety by using two patient identifiers, following universal protocols, and documenting thoroughly in the electronic health record

    + Maintain surgical-level standards with aseptic technique and time-out processes for every procedure

    + Communicate with clarity and compassion, helping patients feel informed, safe, and supported

    + Ensure accuracy and efficiency in coding, archiving, and charging through RIS and ISITE systems

    + Collaborate across departments, bringing empathy, respect, and teamwork to every interaction

    + Support general radiographic procedures in other departments as needed, expanding your skill set and impact

    Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or an accredited program in invasive cardiovascular technology.

    Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

    CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.

    ARRT Vascular Interventional certification is required within 18 months of hire/transfer

    + ARRT Certificate OR Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

    + Act 34
