In this role, you will play an essential part in assembling, fabricating, and installing advanced C4ISR systems that directly support the warfighter. You will be part of a skilled and supportive team of technicians, engineers, and project leaders who value precision, teamwork, and safety. Guided by experienced supervisors and higher-level technicians, you will receive the training and technical guidance needed to excel while also taking on meaningful, hands-on work from day one.

This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance

In this role you will:

+ Assist in the fabrication and assembly of mechanical and electronic systems.

+ Support large-scale and detailed mechanical assembly tasks under direct supervision.

+ Perform general labor such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.

+ Learn structured cabling practices, including termination and testing of fiber optic and copper cabling.

+ Install cable trays, communication cabinets, grounding/bonding, and raised access flooring.

+ Follow established guidelines and instructions to complete assigned tasks.

+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while working in diverse environments.

+ Travel extensively to both CONUS and OCONUS project sites in support of Navy installations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

+ **Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance**

+ **U.S Citizenship required**

+ A High School Diploma/GED

+ Must be 18 years of age or older

+ Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the year (CONUS and OCONUS)

+ Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Passport

+ Ability to work overtime as needed

+ Manual dexterity to perform detailed assembly tasks

+ Ability to climb ladders and lift/carry items up to 50 pounds

Additional desired experience and skills:

+ Prior experience traveling for work

+ An active DoD Secret security clearance

+ A valid driver’s license
