Position Overview:
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Lead Financial Analyst supporting the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain team in Titusville, NJ. The Worldwide Inventory Lead Analyst is responsible for the reporting of ~$6B of Net Inventory for forecast and actuals.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage the forecast and actuals reporting processes for ~$6B of Innovative Medicine Inventory. Ensure timely and accurate calculation during quarter close and partner closely with the SC planning organization for forecast cycles
+ Provide Finance & Planning senior leadership with management reporting results for IMSC Net Inventory with frequent opportunities to present
+ Support and shape inventory strategy in response to portfolio changes, evolving business dynamics, and Cash Flow initiatives
+ Partner cross-functionally and globally (SC Planning teams, SC Finance, IMPO, Group Finance, CFGO) to influence inventory decisions, deliver financial commitments, and frame results
+ Lead the LRFP for inventory forecasting to demonstrate investment requirements over LRFP horizon
+ Implement process improvements across inventory reporting initiatives in partnership with finance and planning teams
Qualifications:
+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
+ A minimum of four (4) years of finance, accounting, or related business experience is required.
+ This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills.
+ Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, required.
+ Candidate must possess excellent conceptual, presentation, communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, required.
+ Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills required (Excel/PowerPoint)
+ Knowledge of advanced analytical tools (e.g., Alteryx) and SAP (e.g., Lynx/Atlas/Sustain) preferred
+ This role will be located in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 10% travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$91,000-$147,200
