Job Opening: Instructional Aide – Special Needs Support

We’re seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Instructional Aides. If you have experience working with individuals with special needs and want to make a meaningful impact, this is a great opportunity to do work that truly matters.

What You’ll Do:

+ Support individuals with special needs in daily routines and classroom activities

+ Assist with learning goals through one-on-one or small group instruction

+ Help with personal care, mobility, and communication when needed

+ Encourage independence and positive social interaction

+ Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a safe, inclusive environment

+ Experience working with individuals with developmental, physical, or behavioral challenges

+ Patience, empathy, and a flexible, calm approach

+ Ability to follow instructional plans and adapt to changing needs
