    Behavioral Technician – School Setting

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, School Hours

     

    Pay: $25/hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or school psychologist

    + Support students with behavioral, emotional, or developmental challenges in classroom and small group settings

    + Collect and record data on student progress and behavior

    + Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to ensure consistent support strategies

    + Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary

    + Promote positive behavior and social skills through modeling and reinforcement

    + Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
