Now Hiring: School Aide – Support Students & Make a Daily Impact!

Are you passionate about helping students thrive? Amergis Staffing is seeking caring and committed School Aides to support students with instructional and behavioral needs in a school setting. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference—every single day!

What You’ll Do:

+ Provide 1:1 or classroom support to students with academic and behavioral goals

+ Follow IEP objectives in areas such as reading, math, speech, and life skills

+ Assist with classroom activities, small group instruction, and social games

+ Support students during lunch, recess, and community outings

+ Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

+ Collaborate with teachers, therapists (PT, OT, SLP), and behavioral staff

+ Assist students with self-care routines (toileting, hygiene, dressing)

+ Implement behavior management strategies as directed

+ Help with clerical tasks such as copying, organizing materials, and scoring assignments

What You’ll Need:

+ Must be 18 years or older

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ Willingness to learn and support students with diverse needs

+ Computer proficiency preferred

+ Ability to pass background screening and meet all local/state/federal requirements

+ English fluency (verbal and written)

+ Certification as required by state or client (if applicable)
