    About the AIT Program

     

    Our AIT Program offers hands-on experience in the full spectrum of operations in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), preparing you to lead with confidence, integrity, and compassion.

    Program Highlights

    Qualifications** **_(General Guidelines)_** **:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field

    + Eligible per state-specific licensing criteria

    + Prior management experience in healthcare (preferred)

    + Flexible schedule availability including some evenings/weekends

    + Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
