The **Corporate Accounting Manager** will lead a team of accountants to complete the global consolidations and close process. This Manager will combine business insights with accounting skills to drive results and insight into financial information for leadership and global corporate functions.

_Valvoline Global Operations Headquarters is located in Lexington, KY. We prefer candidates willing to work an in-office work schedule (3 days per week)._

How You Make an Impact

+ Lead a team of accountants and continue driving process improvement and timeliness in the accounting close cycle.

+ Provide insight into Corporate SG&A to management and streamline reporting.

+ Provide PP&E and ASC 842 accounting oversight and guidance.

+ Utilize working knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, & applicable regulatory framework.

+ Responsible for internal control performance & ownership.

+ Continually improve processes as we navigate SAP/S4 transition.

What You'll Need

+ 5+ years of relevant experience in roles with progressive leadership experience

+ Self Starter

+ Humble, hungry, and smart

+ Big 4 Public Accounting Experience

+ Multinational Corporation Finance or Accounting Leadership Experience

+ Continuous improvement mindset

+ Working knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, & applicable regulatory framework
