Job Summary:
The Telecommunications Provisioning Analyst will support the day-to-day billing and provisioning for telecommunication circuits and systems supporting voice, data, collaboration, and network infrastructure. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual whose day-to-day work will include the ordering and coordination of new telecom circuits throughout the provisioning life cycle. This role will also entail a Telecom Expense Management component in which the successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day telecom expenses, ensuring and providing consistent customer service experience that exceeds expectations. As part of the provisioning of services and technologies this role will be required to work closely with telecom carriers and internal technology and business units. The position will work collaboratively with other teams to ensure circuits are delivered both timely and accurately. The individual will understand telecom related technologies. The individual will assist their team in project planning, cost analysis and vendor comparisons when researching new solutions. This role will work with external third parties and service providers to both implement and support telecom circuits and technologies. This individual will provide support involving frequent exercise of sound judgment, initiative, and diplomacy.
What You will do:
+ Execute work against identified strategic needs within the telecommunications arena and work with business units and larger organizations to ensure appropriate delivery of services.
+ Support with leadership and architecture teams to implement new technologies and collaborate on network initiatives and cloud platform solutions connectivity.
+ Assist in operational planning processes and provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
+ Assist with placing and managing orders, while properly documenting.
+ Partner with cross functional teams on initiatives and improvements as directed.
+ Assist with managing the telecom inventory as well as ensure timely payment of invoices within the Telecommunication Expense Management service.
+ Assist with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to assess and define service areas, including the preparation of clear and concise documentation to support conclusions and findings.
+ Maintain technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends.
+ Assists the adoption of (and commitment towards) service improvements.
+ Collaborate within a team of highly skilled individuals, remain engaged, work with excellence, and execute in a timely manner on assigned initiatives and deliverables.

Qualifications:
What you bring to the table:
+ 2+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of equivalent relevant professional experience.
+ 2+ years of telecom circuit provisioning, implementation, and financial management.
+ Project management experience is a plus.
+ 1+ years of working with a Telecom Expense Management toolset.
+ Working knowledge of Telecommunication network experience with an understanding of network transport technologies (MPLS, Access Mechanisms, PSTN, etc.).
+ Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as problem solving, negotiation and follow-up skills; strong calendar management. Proactive and a self-starter.
+ Ability to organize and coordinate multiple activities with successful results.
+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Preferred Requirements:
+ Knowledge of facilities management including Building construction milestones, electrical readiness, telecommunication trenching / route engineering and alarm panel telecommunication requirements.
+ Experience working in an outsourced environment, the ability to drive designs and operational expectations thru contractual relationships.

The typical base pay range for this role is between **$85K - $110K** depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
