Regional Financial Crimes Office - Americas Planning and Operations - VP
Reporting to the Managing Director, BSA Officer and Head of Regional Financial Crimes for the Americas (RFCO), the VP of RFCO Planning and Operations is responsible for developing strategies and plans that drive the company's business plan and objectives and align with industry standards, market trends, and best practices. Responsibilities include collaborating with leaders and strategic partners to ensure strategies and plans support the goals and policies of the company or a specific business unit or function; creating and often executing on plans, roadmaps, and other reporting; building awareness and adoption of strategic direction and priorities, key projects and programs, and transformation initiatives; oversight and monthly reporting; and identifying risks and remediating or escalating.
Major Responsibilities:
Accountable and responsible for execution of RFCO Americas Planning and Operations objectives, projects and support including: Global Financial Crimes Division Project Management, Annual Planning, Overseeing vendor relationships, covering the following current vendor contracts, and all future contracts, Regulatory Engagement and Audit/Issues Management FCoA Oversight and Reporting, and Administrative Duties
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees in business, accounting, legal, or related fields preferred
+ Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in compliance, financial crimes risk management or related field
+ Strong knowledge of BSA/AML banking regulations and financial crimes compliance laws
+ Experience with regulatory examinations and issues management
+ Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise summaries and reports
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with compliance technology systems
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
The typical base pay range for this role is between $116k-$161k depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
