    This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2026 – June 2026.

    What You Will Do:

    As a Media & Growth Marketing Planning & Integration Intern supporting Disney Destinations you will have the opportunity to learn multi-channel paid media annual planning, budget management, messaging plan development, audience targeting, and asset management and delivery. As part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience in the following areas:

     

    + Aid in the development of strategic plans and coordinating the messages placed in Paid Media.

    + Collaborate with both internal and external partners to build, implement and evaluate Paid Media plans supporting various creative campaigns across more than 10 unique media channels.

    + Assist in trafficking creative for media channels, deploying emails and coordinating testing plans.

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

    + Direct Marketing, CRM, paid media, and social media experience including interpreting data and campaign/program results.

    + Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and prioritize time.

    + Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint (or Keynote), Microsoft Excel, Outlook and the entire Microsoft Office Suite.

    Education:

    + Senior year preferred.

    + Major in Marketing, Advertising, or related major is preferred.

    Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

    Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

    + Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

    + Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

    + Be at least 18 years of age

    + Possess unrestricted work authorization.

    Additional Information:

    + **This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2026 – June 2026.**

    + Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship

    + Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.

    + Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, FL area.

    + **Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.**

    The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $22.50 per hour.
