    SUMMARY:

    Our associates deliver a higher standard of business services to support medical care and behavioral health care. We maintain professionalism, integrity, and commitment as we solve problems and make lives easier.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    + Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff.

    + Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.

    + Develop trends and projections for the company finances.

    + Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

    + Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.

    + Manage the preparation of the company’s budget for both sites and company-wide.

    + Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken as it relates to the budget.

    + Managing the site additions in Intacct

    + Perform as the subject matter expert to improve the functionality and effectiveness of the finance team.

    + Partner with management teams to facilitate teamwork to collaboratively accomplish organizational goals.

    + Demonstrate commitment and dedication to providing financial support and guidance in the development and deployment of initiatives designed to solve problems and make lives easier.

    + Maintain an accurate and up-to-date strategic planning manual with continuity BUS plan and goals.

    + Perform all other duties as assigned.

    TRAINING EXPECTATIONS:

    Associates in this role are expected, as a condition of employment, to complete all training assigned within a reasonable time period, generally within less than 15 days.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

    This is a supervisory position. This position does have the authority to hire, fire, discipline, discharge, assign overtime, and/or direct and assign work, with the ability to effectively recommend any of these actions. This role also serves as a coach and mentor for other employees.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is NOT a hybrid, telecommute or remote role. This role is 100% in-office.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend, or stand, as necessary.

    POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

    This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

    TRAVEL:

    This position rarely requires travel.

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business required.

    + 10+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting is required.

    + Master’s degree in finance or accounting or business or related field preferred.

    + Experience as a Controller, Finance Manager or Senior Financial Analyst (or equivalent) preferred.

    + CGMA or other Certification welcomed
