Your Impact

As a Customer Success Specialist with the Asset Protection product line, you will be exposed to many facets of the business. From triaging and replying directly to inbound client requests; to working with the engineering, order entry and production teams to ensure a smooth and successful client experience. The exposure provided opens many growth opportunities. We seek continuous improvement for our Customers our Products our Processes and Ourselves. _Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your proficiencies:_

+ Provide tier 1 quotations and technical documentation, escalating to tier 2 Applications Engineer or Order Administrator where necessary.

+ Triage inbound client requests via electronic and phone communication

+ Act as tier 1 phone support for inbound calls, escalating to tier 2 Applications Engineer or Order Administrator where necessary.

+ Provide proactive client support to ensure success from quote to order.

Skills & Experience

_The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:_

+ College level Degree preferred or HS Degree and related work experience.

+ Strong written and verbal communications skills.

+ Focus on Customer Success.

+ Requires attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new processes required.

+ Process Improvement Experience.

_Preferred Skills:_

+ Oracle and Salesforce experience

+ Knowledge of electric power transmission and distribution

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 35,700.00 - 66,300.00
