    Customer Service Team Lead

    Position Summary

    The Customer Service Team Lead oversees quoting, order entry, pricing accuracy, post-sale support and customer communication throughout the customer experience journey. This role leads the Customer Service team, captures customer feedback (VOC), and drives continuous improvement to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and coach the Customer Service team; assist in performance reviews and ongoing feedback.

    + Manage quoting, order entry, and customer communications to ensure accuracy and responsiveness.

    + Partner cross-functionally to resolve high-priority customer issues and support sales activities.

    + Define, measure, and improve customer service KPIs to meet performance goals and Policy Deployment Objectives.

    + Capture customer VOC, analyze trends, and implement action plans to improve service.

    + Share market intelligence and identify sales leads for the sales team.

    + Drive training and skill development to strengthen team capabilities.

    + Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and a respectful work environment.

    + Travel occasionally to customer or company locations (<5%).

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    BS or BA Degree preferred

     

    3-5 years of customer service experience or equivalent

     

    Supervisor experience preferred

     

    Strong sense of urgency in order to accomplish tasks

     

    Strong oral and written communication skills

     

    Good interpersonal skills

     

    Good organizational skills

     

    Ability to analyze and summarize large amounts of data; strong Excel skills a must

     

    Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously

     

    Ability to work independently

     

    Customer oriented

     

    A bias for action and ability to drive continuous improvement

    Pay Range

    The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 47,500.00 - 88,100.00
