Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Director to lead a Power Delivery Market, joining a dynamic and experienced team where exceptional internal and external communication skills are essential. This leadership role is responsible for driving client success and executing strategic market initiatives through effective team management, business development, and financial oversight. The Director will mentor and guide a team of project managers, assign resources, set performance goals, and foster professional growth while cultivating strong relationships with utilities, developers, and EPC contractors. With a deep understanding of project management, the Director will oversee project execution, contractual negotiations, risk mitigation, and ensure quality delivery across client portfolios. Additionally, the role involves identifying new business opportunities, shaping strategic plans, evaluating market competitiveness, and expanding service offerings, all while representing Westwood at industry events and leading efforts to grow the market footprint.

Skills and Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in engineering.

•PE license

•Direct experience in the management and design of utility Transmission, Distribution, and Substation projects.

•Experience developing and fostering Utility client relationships.

•Good reputation amongst industry, peers, and clients. •Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and discretion.

•Understands basic Earned Value Analysis.

•Demonstrate financial responsibility with strong understanding of financial metrics.

•Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple task and deadlines without supervision.

•Makes decisions independently regarding various issues and methods.

•Friendly, approachable, and active listener.

•Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.

•Able to follow general directions and guidelines for the firm’s policies, practices, and procedures null
