Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team of 20. The role involves utilizing computer systems to track, log, verify, and report material activities. Responsibilities include receiving incoming materials from vendors and manufacturing, monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, and identifying special stock requirements for proper segregation. The position requires processing material receipts, pulling materials to support manufacturing production, and repairs work in progress (WIP),as well as fulfilling other material requests. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for identifying, communicating, and processing physical inventory losses in compliance with PrOP standards.

Compensation: $16.50/hr. -- 18.50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

High School diploma or GED and 6 years of working experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, logistics or similar role

Able to obtain and maintain a forklift operating license

Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs

Experience with Microsoft products Prior experience with SAP, GOLDesp, and ISE/CADST

Knowledge of DD Form 1149, DD Form 250 null
