Job Description
• Oversee investment administration, accounting, and budgeting for the client and affiliated entities.
• Manage performance reporting for the client and deferred compensation plans.
• Build relationships with banks and investment advisors (e.g., Northern Trust).
• Maximize investment revenues through effective cash management.
• Review contracts for business terms and policy compliance.
• Develop credit policies that mitigate risk while supporting growth.
• Advise VP Treasurer on financial strategy, reporting, and analysis.
• Prepare board presentations on investment policy, manager reviews, and reserve policy
• Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team (3 people).
• Set direction, objectives, and priorities.
• Promote a culture of humility, preparedness, and professionalism.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s in finance or accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of treasury experience, ideally in corporate and for-profit settings.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong background in cash and investment management, financial analysis, and capital markets.
• Detail-oriented with ability to interpret contracts and agreements.
• High business acumen and strategic mindset.
• Proficient in Excel (macros, automation) and ERP systems (Lawson, Oracle, SAP, Workday).
• Coachable, humble, and professional demeanor.
• Able to operate in a structured, corporate-like nonprofit environment null
