HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

+ Perform routine and corrective maintenance on a fleet of passenger cars, light trucks, SUVs, and specialized test vehicles.
+ Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
+ Conduct inspections and ensure vehicles meet operational and safety standards required for tire testing protocols.
+ Maintain operational vehicles including transport trucks, utility vehicles, and support equipment.
+ Collaborate with engineering and testing teams to ensure vehicle readiness for scheduled test runs.
+ Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in maintenance management systems.
+ Support vehicle instrumentation installations and removals as needed for testing purposes.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the maintenance shop and surrounding areas.
Effective communication on all task with supervisor/manager / online tools
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle maintenance or fleet service operations.
+ Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
+ Familiarity with vehicle diagnostic software and tools.
+ Valid driver’s license: CDL or ASE certifications are a plus.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, testing-focused environment.
+ Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.

ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT
+ Technical certification or vocational training in automotive or diesel technology
+ Experience working in research, testing, or proving ground environment.
+ Knowledge of vehicle instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
+ Experience with hybrid or electric vehicle systems.
+ Strong organizational and documentation skills.
+ Knowledge of computer-based systems to maintain records and document work performed.
