MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Quality Improvement Specialist

• _Travel to sites across Massachusetts_

• _Full-Time | $55,000–$60,000 per year + mileage reimbursement_

• _Monday–Friday, Day Shift_

About the Role

Do you want to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? As a **Quality Improvement Specialist** , you’ll play a critical role in supporting our mission by providing quality assurance and improvement expertise across our 19 Massachusetts centers.

What You’ll Do

+ Provide technical assistance and subject matter expertise for local process improvement initiatives

+ Conduct medical records audits and ensure compliance with standards

+ File, organize, and maintain medical records

+ Perform data entry into the medical records system

+ Travel between centers to support quality initiatives and audits

What We’re Looking For

+ 3+ years of experience in quality improvement or a related social services field

+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills

+ Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance (travel required)

+ Commitment to high-quality, mission-driven work
