    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist the Director of Nursing with day-to-day clinical oversight

    + Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff

    + Oversee and coordinate the admissions process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a positive experience for residents and families

    + Support compliance with all regulatory requirements

    + Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and resident-focused care

    Qualifications:

    + Active RN license in good standing (Iowa or compact eligible)

    + Current CPR certification

    + Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred

    + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    + Desire to grow professionally and lead by example
