    We are currently seeking a **Retail Food Manager 2** to lead retail dining operations and create engaging, high-quality food experiences for patients, staff, and guests.     What You'll Do

    + Lead café and catering operations, ensuring a fun, innovative, and customer-focused dining experience.

    + Collaborate with hospital leadership and departments to align food service strategies with UnityPoint’s mission and values.

    + Partner with chefs to ensure food quality, presentation, and variety meet high standards.

    + Use Sodexo tools and processes to drive retail satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

    + Experience in retail food service management, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.

    + Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, responsive style.

    + Expertise in marketing, menu planning, and catering operations.

    + Proficiency in HR processes, staff development, and data analysis using Sodexo systems and Microsoft Office.
