Job Summary Details:
The Receptionist will provide visitors with excellent customer service and any information needed for their visit. Must be available Monday-Friday. Pay rate starting at $17.60/hr. and must pass ABM and Client background. Start date October 1, 2025.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience required, and on-the-job training provided
• High school diploma required
Preferred Qualifications:
• One (1) year of prior customer service or similar experience preferred
Responsibilities:
+ Welcome visitors in a professional global office environment
+ Answer switchboard, excellent listening skills
+ Good typing skills. excellent spelling and grammar skills
+ Experience in MS Teams, MS Word, Outlook
+ Adhere to security protocols by managing visitor logs, issuing access badges
+ Maintain professional and organized reception area
+ Compensation: $17.60 per hour.
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
