**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Journeyman Painters** for projects located in **Fond Du Lac, WI** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the **pay rate is based on experience and skill level** . Job Scope:

+ Paint interior and exterior surfaces of new residential homes using brush, roller, and spray techniques

+ Prepare surfaces as needed, including patching, sanding, priming, and masking

+ Maintain clean and orderly job sites

+ Complete work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision

+ Follow directions and schedules provided by the site lead or supervisor

+ Communicate any issues or material needs as they arise

Requirements

+ Must have painters whites and basic hand tools

+ Minimum of 8+ years of experience
