    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Electrical Maintenance Technicians** for projects located in and around **Latta, SC** . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **$29.50-32.50/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plastics processing equipment (blenders, extruders, draw stands, winders, conveyors, chillers, towers, and support equipment).

    + Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC control circuits, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, welding, and plumbing.

    + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

    + Work with electrical distribution and machine controls (24–480V AC/DC).

    + Diagnose and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), robotics, and automated conveyor systems.

    + Support plant and facility maintenance needs to ensure production and delivery commitments are met.

    + Champion plant safety by following all safe work practices, including LOTO, hot work, electrical safety, and PPE requirements.

    + Contribute to and improve the preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime.

    + Propose and implement equipment modifications to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

    + Provide leadership in equipment troubleshooting and problem-solving.

    + Perform project work and other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

    Requirements:

    + Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with experience in industrial maintenance.

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, robotics, and automation systems.

    + Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.

    + Hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems.

    + Knowledge of safe work practices (LOTO, hot work, PPE, etc.).

    + Welding, plumbing, and shop tool experience.

    + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
