    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **HVAC Service Technicians** for projects located in **Gig Harbor, WA** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **$35-40/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Install, service, and repair heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems in residential settings

    + Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems

    + Perform routine maintenance checks, cleanings, and tune-ups

    + Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to explain technical issues and recommend solutions

    + Complete work orders, documentation, and maintenance records accurately

    + Adhere to safety protocols, codes, and regulations

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area, both in the field and in company vehicles

    + Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + HVAC certification or diploma from an accredited trade school (preferred)

    + Valid EPA Section 608 Certification Type II or Universal

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in residential HVAC service and installation

    + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

    + Familiarity with smart thermostats and home automation systems

    + Experience with both gas and electric systems

    + Knowledge of local HVAC codes and permitting process

    + NATE Certification is a plus

    + Lift up to 75 lbs

    + Climb ladders

    + Work in tight or elevated spaces

    + Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team
