Job Overview

Job Title: Grinder Operator

1st shift

Pay: $23.36/hour

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Set up and operate grinding machines for each part according to customer specifications.

+ Change grinding wheels as required to maintain quality and efficiency.

+ Monitor parts during operation to ensure correct sizing and tolerances.

+ Operate a forklift to move materials and components as needed.

+ Utilize quality control devices such as micrometers and profilometers to verify part accuracy.

+ Use various hand tools to perform job functions.

+ Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area in compliance with company safety standards.
