    **Location:** Dubuque, IA

    **Work Arrangement:** In Office

     

    _This position is a seasonal position from January 2026 to mid-April 2026. This role may be up to 40 hours a week, with an expected schedule of 8am-5pm, with occasional weekend work._

    _Typical Day in the Life_

    A typical day as a Seasonal Tax Processor might include the following:

    + Process electronic or paper copies of client income tax return forms and documents.

    + Organize client documents and complete scanning, filing, and/or faxing as required

    + Maintain client data with integrity and professionalism; ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

    + Work with spreadsheets and track data in a database.

    + Provide a wide variety of administrative support to partners, managers, and staff.

    + Enter time record keeping and perform client maintenance and set-up within various software systems.

    _Who You Are_

    + You have the ability to work in a seasonal capacity from mid-January 2026 to mid-April 2026.

    + You have a strong customer service mentality.

    + You have strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + You have the ability to work overtime and Saturdays during busy tax filing periods.

    + You hold yourself to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality.

    + You are very proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

    + You have 1-3 years of prior administrative support experience

    + This position requires prolonged standing and sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs

     

    _Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship._
