Window Treatments Sales & Design Consultant

**Location:** Dubuque, IA

**Pay:** $19-$21/hour

Express Employment is seeking candidates for a **Sales & Design Consultant position** with one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design, strong customer service skills, and the ability to start making an impact right away.

As a Sales & Design Consultant, you’ll guide clients through the selection of blinds, shades, and other window treatments, ensuring both style and function. You’ll also support furniture sales and work closely with customers to create beautiful, personalized spaces.

Key Responsibilities

+ Consult with clients to understand design preferences, budgets, and needs.

+ Actively sell window treatments and other home products.

+ Accurately measure window frames and review orders for accuracy.

+ Stay up to date on design trends, fabrics, and product knowledge.

+ Provide outstanding customer service and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

+ Strong communication and customer service skills.

+ Ability to take accurate measurements and handle sales transactions.

+ Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for design.

+ Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience a plus.

+ Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

+ Interior Design background preferred but not required.
