Job Overview
Are you passionate about providing quality eye care? Join a dynamic healthcare team in Dubuque as a full-time Ophthalmic Technician! No prior experience is required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, one half day off per week.
**Position Type:** Full-Time, Evaluation to Hire
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Ophthalmic Care:** Assist physicians in various procedures and treatments.
+ **Patient Exams:** Conduct preliminary eye exams and verify patient information.
+ **Safety & Hygiene:** Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
+ **Eye Assessment:** Evaluate patients’ eye conditions using advanced equipment.
+ **Versatile Duties:** Assist with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
+ No prior experience necessary; a passion for healthcare is essential.
+ Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Adaptable to a dynamic healthcare environment.
+ Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
