We are seeking a full-time **Civil Engineer** to join our Transportation Design team in our newly relocated **Des Moines, IA** office, located in the heart of downtown. You will support transportation infrastructure projects, receive one-on-one mentorship, and contribute to innovative design solutions that make a difference!

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (We are considering May 2025 graduates)

+ Familiarity with or previous experience using MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer and/or AutoCAD/Civil3D software for design and drafting tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Engineer in Training (EIT) certification

+ Completion of an engineering internship or other professional employment providing experience in surveying, transportation design, MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer, and/or construction observation
