    Principal Accountabilities:

    1. Create, acquire, and edit compelling, relevant, accurate, up to date content for atlantichealth.org and other digital assets

    2. Monitor, maintain, create, and improve content on Atlantichealth.org, with an eye for how content is formatted and delivered, ensuring effective use of components through our content management system (Adobe Experience Manager)

    3. Collaborate with and assist content owners for Atlantichealth.org in other departments and actively promote brand voice and tone, web standards, and content guidelines

    4. Assist with training and managing content owners who have access to the CMS system

    5. Support urgent and timely updates to Atlantichealth.org (including content like alerts and homepage management), in keeping with Atlantic Health System's communication goals

    6. Use proven writing skills and web experience to participate in tracking, proofing, editing, converting, formatting, and posting content.

    7. Maintain a content backlog and release calendar that supports business needs and priorities

    8. Participate in content and layout user-acceptance testing for various platforms and digital initiatives that support digital marketing, digital health, and innovation

    9. Ensure website follows graphic standard, designated �look & feel� and writing style of Atlantic Health System digital marketing standards.

    10. Apply accessibility and search engine optimization standards to web and other digital products

    11. Assist with testing and quality assurance checks of web projects, including review of design implementation, functionality, and content.

    Required:

    1. Minimum BA/BS

    2. In depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, CMS systems

    Preferred:

    1. 3+ years online marketing experience, health care websites a plus

    2. Excellent business writing skills with a focus on writing for web and mobile experiences

    3. Knowledge of SEO and Accessibility standards

    4. Agile/Scrum experience a plus

    5. Experience with Truven Health encyclopedia a plus
