Onsite- Operational Specialist

Lexington, KY

Starting Pay range: $36,480 -$45,600

Training/Shift Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm est

Actual Shift Hours: Mon-Fri | 8:00am-until clean Desk

About the Operational Specialist position:

As a member of this team, you will serve as team lead in overseeing the day-to-day task of all mailroom processes including operations and coordination. Successful candidate will be quality driven, with the ability to Collaborate with supervisors on key performance measures set by the client.

**Qualifications** :

+ High School Diploma

+ Proficient with MS suite (outlook, word, teams)

+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey with HR for assistance when resolving employee issues.

+ Must be able to pass a background check.

+ Recruiting background is a plus; but not required.

+ Strong organizational and Attention to detail skills

+ Excellent leadership and effective time management skills

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Overseeing the operation processes in mailroom by assuring that task are completed with accuracy and on time.

+ Assure that quality and volume is met throughout the shift.

+ Coordinate appropriate staffing and interview candidates

+ Will make final hiring decisions of new hire and complete I-9 verifications,

+ Will report to the Lead supervisor and HM

+ Tracks/monitors daily and monthly reporting.

+ Communicates with teams and managers to provide work status.

+ Participates in meetings with internal teams and external clients.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

+ Complies with all policies and standards.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
