    Position Summary

    + The Senior Analyst, FP&A supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the North America region. This role focuses on preparing reporting, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring consistency in planning cycles. The analyst provides key insights that improve visibility across financial performance drivers, including sales trends and overhead spending.

    + This position is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys data analysis, building reporting tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely financial insights.

    Accountabilities:

    Core Financial Reporting & Planning

    + Leads in preparing all NA reporting including BU-level P&Ls, sales trend analyses, and volume-price-mix (VPM) reporting.

    + Consolidate BU forecasts and analyses into the North America forecast pack for leadership reporting, synthesizing drivers of performance

    + Update and support forecasting templates and business review materials.

    Process Leadership & Forecast Governance

    + Own forecasting calendar management for North America, ensuring visibility of monthly and quarterly deadlines and aligning deliverables across teams.

    + Coordinate with BUs and Sales Finance teams to gather cross-functional inputs to consolidate performance across the enterprise

    + Support monthly operating expense reviews by preparing variance analyses and performance reporting.

    + Facilitate monthly operating expense reviews with NA leadership, highlighting key variances and performance against targets.

    Analytical & Cross-Functional Support

    + Conduct margin and mix analysis at the SKU and BU level to support business decisions.

    + Develop clear, data-driven insights to improve financial visibility across functions.

    + Contribute to FP&A capability-building by improving templates, tools, and reference guides.

    Required Education, Skills and Experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

    + 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or commercial finance (consumer products or CPG experience preferred).

    + Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel.

    + Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or Power BI a plus.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize data into clear insights.

    + Effective communication and collaboration skills across functions.

    + Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines within planning cycles.

    Preferred Skills and Experience

    + Experience in the consumer products / CPG industry.

    + Familiarity with commercial finance processes and planning tools.

    + Systems experience with ERP and BI tools (SAP, Hyperion, Power BI).

     

    The salary range for this position is $76,000-105,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
