Job Summary

This is a PRN (as needed, no guaranteed hours) Radiology Operations Assistant position at the outpatient Maplewood Imaging Center located near Forsyth Hospital. The Rad Ops Asst. helps screen and prepare patients for their MRI and CT scans.

The Radiology Operations Assistant is responsible for providing clerical, technical and clinical operations support dedicated to meeting the needs of customers and departmental operations.

Qualifications

+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

+ Experience: Experience in healthcare environment, preferred.

+ Additional Skills Required:

+ Data entry and manipulation skills. Ability to solve problems on an independent basis. Ability to multitask.

+ Medication Training - Competency and training will be required, which will be validated upon completing of the mandatory on-line medication training module.
