Job Summary:
The Corporate Development Associate is a key member of Sharecare’s Corporate Development team, working closely with executive leadership, private equity owners, and cross-functional business leaders. This role supports the evaluation of M&A opportunities, execution of strategic initiatives, and delivery of financial and operational reporting for Sharecare management, Board of Directors, investors, and other key stakeholders. The Associate will gain broad exposure to corporate strategy, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and board/investor relations while contributing to the company’s long-term growth and operational excellence.
Essential Job Functions:
+ Collaborate with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth opportunities and investments aligned with corporate strategic initiatives.
+ Manage monthly financial reports and analyses, 13-week cash flow, and other ad hoc tasks in partnership with the Finance team.
+ Support evaluation of potential M&A targets, including market research, financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence coordination.
+ Prepare quarterly board decks, assist in the creation of materials for executive leadership, and support other investor relations matters as needed.
+ Develop financial and strategic analyses to support business decision-making, including performance tracking and scenario planning.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
+ 2–4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or related finance/transactional role.
+ Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (DCF, operating and merger models, comparable company and transaction analysis).
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex information for executive and investor audiences.
+ Proven experience partnering across organizations, specifically with C-suite level leaders.
+ Demonstrated ability to drive and implement cross-functional initiatives in a fast-changing environment.
+ Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
+ Experience with AI-driven automation tools (e.g., Copilot Studio, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate) is a plus.
