We are hiring an **experienced paralegal** that will be responsible for legal research, preparation of legal documents, file management and other assigned or routine tasks. Works under direct supervision using established principles, practices and procedures. Ability to determine and use appropriate internal and external resources.

**_Schedule_** : Monday - Friday Core hours 10am - 2pm CT; flexible as long as you complete you 8 hour work shift

**_Location_** : 3 days in Saint Paul (Energy Park location); 2 days remote

_Basic Qualifications_

+ Paralegal certification from an accredited program, or equivalent degree or experience

_Preferred Skills/Experience_

+ Three to five years of relevant experience

+ Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills

+ Strong commitment to client service

+ Ability to work independently

+ Ability to organize and manage a large volume of detailed tasks

_Location Expectations_

_The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days._

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $27.50 - $36.68
