    **Title:** Food Service Representative

    **Facility:** St. Joseph's Women's Hospital

    Responsibilities:

    + The Food Service Representative II provides food service to patients, guests or customers.

    + Maintains a clean, sanitary and safe food production environment.

    + May prepare food or drink items, assemble and deliver patient trays or catering events and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas.

    + Receives and stores food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles.

    + Acts as a liaison between, patients, guests, physicians, other hospital personnel and Food and Nutrition Services.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.
