We are looking for a dynamic and experienced lead corporate trainer for the Career Development Team to design, develop, and facilitate companywide leadership and career progression programs. This role will encompass responsibilities for both early career development initiatives and rotational programs, as well as broader talent and leadership development efforts. The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage programs utilizing various delivery channels, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT), e-learning, micro-learning, video, and webinars. They will also support career assessments, gap analysis, career pathing, and development tools. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational strategic goals and provide meaningful development opportunities for participants.
As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.
Responsibilities:
_Training_ _Program Design_ _,_ _Implementation_ _, Facilitation_ _:_
+ Develop and implement comprehensive leadership and career development programs, including early career and rotational initiatives.
+ Serve as the lead training facilitator for the Career Development Team.
+ Design program curricula, including rotational assignments, training modules, professional development activities, and leadership development for all levels.
+ Pilot and implement organizational-wide solutions for career assessments, skill gap analysis, and career pathing.
+ Plan and execute conferences and events to support program goals and foster networking and learning opportunities.
+ Strengthen talent capability through assessment tools and one-on-one coaching for high-potentials and leaders.
+ Review program content prior to Manager review and approval
_Rotational_ _Program Management:_
+ Oversee the day-to-day operations of leadership and career development programs, including participant application, selection, rotation scheduling, and performance tracking.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
+ Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
+ Partner with department leaders, managers, mentors, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure meaningful assignments and development opportunities.
+ Facilitate feedback sessions with program participants and mentors/managers.
+ Coordinate cross-functional capstone projects and strategic talent processes for key business areas.
_Reporting and Analytics:_
+ Track and report on key metrics related to program participation, retention, and success.
+ Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
+ Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting program outcomes and impact.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and typically 10 or more years of work experience in talent development, human resources, or a related field, with a focus on trainingfacilitation and rotational programs.
+ Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
+ Extensive knowledge of Instructional Design and Adult Learning Principles.
+ Working knowledge of e-learning software.
+ Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing talent development initiatives.
+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
+ Excellent training facilitation,communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and program improvements.
+ Passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Experience with Workday HR Management systems.
+ Knowledge of DoD and government contracting policies, standards, and procedures.
+ HR or Training certifications (DiSC, Crucial Conversations, etc.)

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $108,496.89 - $149,183.22. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
