As a Product Support Engineer III, you will be using your skills and hands-on expertise to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our product and system prototypes. You'll be responsible for assessing our customer needs and determining the most appropriate technical solution for concept and prototype products and systems. You're technical responsibilities include product installation, testing, error/defect detection and correction, and coordinating the appropriate corrective action with engineers and operators.
The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber.
Must-haves:
+ Active **Top Secret/SCI** Clearance With Counterintelligence **(CI) polygraph** .
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience.
+ A higher-level degree may substitute for experience.
+ Related experience, including military training, may be considered in lieu of required education.
+ Experience in SIGINT, ELINT, COMINT, and RADAR, including signals analysis, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination of intelligence.
+ Strong understanding of radar systems and experience in performing radar signal processing and simulation.
+ Expertise in Army Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) operations is preferred for roles within the 116th MI Brigade.
+ Knowledge of ISR systems and subsystems, specialized technical experience combining SIGINT/ELINT with other intelligence disciplines, and experience with operating RF laboratory equipment.
+ Proficiency with various SIGINT and intelligence tools and software, such as EPED, TRAX, Cerberus, Rover, Merlin, and possibly GIS tools.
+ Experience with Windows Server, Virtual Machines (VM), and Virtual Desktop Infrastructures (VDI).
+ Strong communication skills (written and oral).
+ Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders, including coordination and mission planning with forward-deployed elements
Preferred:
+ Military Experience is preferred, with specific military occupational specialties (MOS) such as Army MOS 35P, 35N, or 35T, or other service equivalents.
+ Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense, or US Military.
+ Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth, Linux, Red Hat, Docker, and various moving maps software.
+ Ability to understand and interpret applicable technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications.
+ DoD 8140 compliant (Or have the capability to obtain within 6 months).
Working Conditions:
+ Location: 116th MI Brigade, operating at Fort Eisenhower, GA.
+ Shift Work: May require the willingness to work any shift.
+ Onsite: This position will require candidates to work 100% on-site.
+ Frequently exposed to outdoor elements (high/low temperatures, sun, rain/snow, etc.).
+ Frequently exposed to fumes or hazardous chemicals/materials.
+ Frequently exposed to loud noises.
