    Job Description

    The Collateralized Loan Obligation Group (CLO) is a division within Corporate Trust Services. Typical types of collateral include syndicated bank loans, corporate bonds, asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, and Mezzanine debt. Within the Loan Agency team, the majority of their book of business are syndicated bank loans where their loan information is tracked on behalf of the borrowers. The Loan Agency team acts as the main contact for the Borrower and for the lenders.

     

    The Collateralized Loan Obligation Portfolio Administrator’s responsibilities for Agency include: prepare bank loan trades for settlement and process them in the system once executed; book cash inflows/outflows for each Borrower Account and reconcile on a daily basis; track asset attributes such as accrual information, amortization, default status, etc.; provide reports to the clients on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis; respond to borrower or lender requests in a timely fashion; assist with reporting to federal regulators with respects to SNC and Tax Reporting; actively work to ensure lender tax forms are compliant by following up with lenders when needed and withhold if the lender does not become compliant. The incumbent ensures 100% accuracy and timeliness of data through proper booking and reconciliation of account activity.

     

    The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.    

    Basic Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, or equivalent work experience

     

    - Less than two years of relevant work experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    - Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented

     

    - Basic indenture interpretation abilities and analytical skills

     

    - Effective verbal and written communication skills

     

    - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

     

    - Ability to work both independently and as a team player

     

    - Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

     

    - Some knowledge of Wallstreet Office, SEI, and CDO Suite preferred

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $22.50 - $30.00
